The Viking Trader is firmly committed to maintaining the privacy of its customers. The following discloses our information gathering, storage and dissemination practices.

ORDER FORMS
Our site uses an order form for customers to request products and information. We collect contact information (addresses, phone and e-mail numbers) and financial information (credit card numbers). Contact information from order forms is used to ship purchases and provide information about our company's offerings. This information is also used to contact the customer when necessary (e.g., delayed delivery). Customers may choose not to receive future mailings. See the Choice/Opt-out section below.

Financial information we collect is used to bill the customer's credit card account for their purchase.

SECURITY
We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. For example: Customer contact information is maintained in a locked file, which can only be accessed by two company principals. Credit card information is deleted immediately from our computers after the transaction is approved by the credit-granting agency. The invoice that accompanies a customer's purchase contains this credit information. A hard copy is maintained in our locked file, as above.

The Viking Trader does not sell, lease or otherwise transfer customer contact or credit information to any person or organization outside of our own company.

CHOICE/OPT-OUT
Our customers may decline to receive promotional/marketing information from us or modify information previously provided to us by:
